Thanks to the collaboration with reliable and high-quality suppliers, Rtech Engineering can supply mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic spare parts for several brands of injection moulding machines. Our spare parts department can help our customers to identify the right and necessary spare parts.
Technical service center
Thanks to a remote service, called “TELESERVICE” handled by a staff of multidisciplinary and high capacity technicians, Rtech Engineering is able toidentify the problem and lead the customer in solving it, it also allows to modify the S/W with a simple internet connection.
If necessary, our qualified and skilled technicians effect services in a very short time at the customer’s plant all over the world.
Electrical cabinets
Rtech Engineering designs and builds new electric cabinets to operate rubber injection machines of different brands.
The new cabinets are certified and are able to tailor for the existing hardware, but with updated and innovative technical solutions.
MES
Data supervision
The “4.0 industry” is available on all Rtech Engineering machines which are arranged to interact with the MES systems to process the data received from the machines.
Selling
Rtech Engineering offers a commercial service able to lead the customers in identifying the more suitable press for their necessities.

Revamping
Rtech Engineering provides to the customers its professionalism and technical experience to revamp old rubber presses. After an all components complete overhaul and an adaptation to the current safety and save energy rules, the revamped presses are able to support the comparison with the “last generation” presses.
